Toyota Celica Liftback 1973 – 1977 Long Sleeve T-Shirt

Breaking down the word Celica, the Spanish word means “heavenly” or “celestial”. Introduce in October 1970 at the Tokyo Motor Show and marketed in December of the same year, the Celica was a two-door sedan that emphasized styling and driving enjoyment. The car was Toyota’s first sporty model, and was aimed at the US market. At first the Celica was only available as a pillarless hardtop notchback coupe, adopting "coke bottle styling”. The Japanese market released the ET, LT, ST, GT and GTV as Japanese models, and designed three different versions, the LT, ST, and GT for the export market. In April of 1973 the Liftback was introduced for the Japanese market. It wasn't until 1974 that a liftback model was released and available for export. This new model came with a larger engine, and was marketed as a sport-touring type vehicle that offered more comfort and luggage capacity.

A game of subtle lights and shadows reveal the magnificent curves of the body of the Toyota Celica Hardtop Coupe 1970 – 1977, a Legendary Japanese Automobile. Detailed and harmonious, the artistic illustration has grabbed the essence of one of the most influential vehicle of the 20th century and is printed in front of the tee. Refine and stylish, it is a perfect wear for any occasion and to show your passion for a true Legend that lives forever: the Toyota Celica Liftback 1973 – 1977 Long Sleeve T-Shirt.
