Chevrolet Corvette
Following WWII, numerous GIs brought home MGs Jaguars Alfa Romeos, and other two-seat sports car. Harley Earl convinced GM to enter the sports car business… the rest is history. The 1953 model is the first model of long line of Corvettes. Followed by several models and generations thoughout the years, the Corvette remains THE American sports car and a serious contender to the European Porsche, BMW, and even some Italian Supercars.
